    This privacy policy applies to the Gridley mobile app.

  • What Data We Collect

    We do not collect or store any personal data from your connected social media accounts.
    Gridley only collects:
    • Anonymous analytics data to understand how people use the app and make it better.
    • Crash reports to fix bugs and improve stability.

    These data are not linked to your personal identity.

  • How We Use This Data

    We use analytics and crash reports only to improve the app’s performance and user experience.
    Your social media data remains entirely private – Gridley has no access to it beyond official API integrations for functionality.

  • Third-Party Services

    We use the following third-party services:
    • Firebase (for analytics and crash reports)
    • Google Analytics (for website usage insights)
    • AppHud (for managing subscriptions)

    These services may collect data according to their own privacy policies.

  • Data Storage & Security

    • Data collected is stored securely by our third-party providers (Firebase, Google).
    • No personal data is linked to your device or identity within our app.
    We do not retain personal data. Anonymous analytics are retained only by third-party services per their own policies.

  • Data Deletion

    Since Gridley does not collect or store personal data, there is no personal data to delete.
    Anonymous analytics data cannot be deleted as it is not linked to individual users.
    Users can contact us at [email protected] to request data deletion or access, even though we do not store personal data.

  • Children’s Privacy

    Gridley is not intended for children under 13 years old.

  • GDPR & CCPA

    Gridley is available worldwide, including the EU and California.
    However, we do not collect any personal data requiring GDPR or CCPA data deletion requests.

  • API Integrations

    Gridley uses official Meta API to connect social media accounts. Personal data from Instagram is only accessed locally on the user’s device and is never transmitted to our servers or shared with any third parties. Only the user can access this data. Facebook or Instagram may collect data according to their own policies, independent from Gridley.

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
