Stories scheduling is available. Set a date and time, and Gridley will send a reminder before it's time to post. Then you open the app and publish in one tap. Automatic posting is currently in development and coming soon.

Does Gridley post automatically?

Gridley lets you plan content and set a schedule. Publishing is carried out through the official Instagram API integration, so your scheduled posts go live without manual tapping at the exact moment.

Is Gridley safe to use with Instagram?

Yes. Gridley connects only through the official Meta (Instagram) API. No third-party service touches your account, and your credentials are never stored by Gridley.

Does Gridley use the official Instagram API?

Yes. All Instagram connections in Gridley go through the official Meta API. Your data is handled according to Meta's own security and privacy standards.

Do you store my Instagram data or password?

We never ask for or store your Instagram password. Connecting works through the official Instagram API. Right now, planning and reminders happen in the app. When automatic posting becomes available, Gridley may store a secure access key (token) so it can publish content for you. It's stored encrypted and used only for posting. For convenience, we may keep public profile info like your name and username. You can disconnect your account and revoke access at any time.

Do I need an account for Gridley?

Not necessarily. You can use Gridley without signing up and start planning right away. An account is only needed for extra features, like automatic posting (currently in development) and other advanced options.

Can I use Gridley on iPad?

Yes. Gridley is available for both iPhone and iPad, fully optimized for the larger screen and great for planning your feed with more space.

Is Gridley free?

Gridley is free to start. Core features — including grid preview and drag-and-drop planning — are available at no cost. Optional Premium features are available via subscription through the App Store.

Can I plan multiple Instagram profiles?

Yes. Gridley supports multiple Instagram profiles. Switch between accounts quickly and plan each feed separately in one workspace.

Does Gridley include a content calendar?

Yes. The content calendar gives you a clear overview of all planned posts, Reels, and Stories by date so you can spot gaps and keep a steady rhythm.

How to preview your Instagram grid before posting with Gridley?

Open Gridley and connect your Instagram account. Your existing posts will appear in the grid view. Add drafts, rearrange them by dragging, and see exactly how your feed will look before you publish anything.

How to plan Instagram Stories with Gridley?

Go to the Stories section in Gridley and add your planned Story content. You can schedule it ahead of time, keep Stories organized, and align them with your feed posts for a consistent look.

How to rearrange posts to create an Instagram layout?

Drag and drop posts in Gridley's grid view to try different Instagram layouts. The grid updates in real time so you can find the best arrangement before committing to a posting order.
